About us
A multidisciplinary engineering firm with an international outlook
Sarraf Enertech is an engineering and technology firm based in Lebanon. We work at the intersection of engineering, energy and software — and we work with clients and partners wherever they are.
01
Who we are
Sarraf Enertech was created on a simple observation: technical projects increasingly require engineering judgement, energy expertise and software skills at the same time, yet these are usually provided by separate firms that rarely speak the same language.
We bring them together. We carry out engineering studies and CAD, audit and optimise energy systems, monitor solar and energy installations, and build the software and digital tools that connect it all. We do this for clients in any country, with a working method designed for remote collaboration from day one.
Vision
To become a trusted international engineering and technology partner — recognised for combining technical depth, energy expertise and digital capability, and for delivering it anywhere in the world.
Mission
To give our clients reliable engineering, measurable energy improvements and practical software — with direct communication, clear deliverables and respect for their confidentiality.

Our approach
- 01
Measure before deciding
Recommendations are built on data, documented assumptions and verifiable calculations.
- 02
Think across disciplines
Mechanical, energy and software questions are addressed together, not in sequence.
- 03
Deliver what can be used
Every deliverable is written to be acted on by the people who receive it.
- 04
Keep improving
Research, new tools and feedback from every project feed the next one.
What you can expect

Founder — Sarraf Enertech
Philippe Sarraf founded Sarraf Enertech to bring engineering, energy and software together in a single, coherent practice.
His doctoral research in energy efficiency at the Université de Lorraine (France) shapes the firm’s approach: measure first, model carefully, and let data — not assumptions — drive technical decisions.
He leads every engagement personally, from the first technical discussion to the final deliverable, and remains the direct point of contact for clients.
