Who is responsible

This website is operated by Sarraf Enertech SARL, a limited liability company registered in Lebanon. Contact: philippe@sarrafenertech.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: name, email, company, country, optional phone number, project type, timeline and message. When you email us or write on WhatsApp, we receive what you send.

Why

Only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare and follow up a proposal. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long

Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the project and applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your language preference may be stored locally in your browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to philippe@sarrafenertech.com. If you are located in the European Union, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
