Context
Owners and operators of PV installations often run equipment from several manufacturers, each with its own cloud portal. Data is scattered, indicators are not comparable and losses go unnoticed.
Challenge
Bring grid-tied and hybrid (battery) installations from different brands and countries into a single tool, with reliable data, indicators an owner can trust and strict separation between clients.
Approach
We designed and built the platform end to end: connectors for manufacturers’ cloud APIs, automated data collection every 15 minutes, data cleaning and de-duplication, comparison with irradiance-based expected production (weather and reanalysis data), inverter-level telemetry, multi-site client portals and automated reporting.
Results
- 22 inverter brands supported through a single connector framework
- Data collected automatically every 15 minutes
- Monthly and annual reports: performance ratio, expected vs. actual yield, availability, per-inverter production
- Inverter telemetry: MPPT strings, DC/AC efficiency, insulation, phase unbalance
- Multi-site client portals with isolated access, alerts and an energy assistant
